Happy Inauguration Day!!!
Everyone will remember where they were during the oath of the first African American President of the United States. I was actually in a meeting, on the 34th floor of the JP Morgan Chase building in Dallas, TX, during the Inauguration, but I did however watch reruns on CNN (hey it still counts). I had chills throughout the whole ceremony. Joe Willis and Willie Brown's thoughts before are so right on, I believe that day marks a historic change that will further push Martin Luther King's dream of transformation. Anyone can dream and believe that they can do anything!!! There are no longer any mental limits and I hope for further equalization.
Aretha Franklin's song was also very moving, what beautiful voice. I still have chills from the whole thing.
This weekend was again like most I stay at my friends the whole time, I am thankful they have a comfy couch...

Down the Home Stretch!!
I love counting down the days until Christmas...22 more to go.
Revisiting Thanksgiving would take pages upon pages, so I will keep it simple. Reunion and after party Wednesday, Thursday, and not so much Friday or Saturday. I got to see my Grandma who unfortuneately was in a nursing home for Turkey Day. Don't worry we went to see her and brought all the fixins into a private room. Most interesting Thanksgiving yet, not only because of the nursing home turkey lunch, but also because my dad, georgia, and I had a crab boil for our thanksgiving feast = so amazing!! I went to a couple of newfound New Braunfels bars: a biker bar where I got to wear a leather jacket, Cork a wine bar where I had a very good glass of sangria, and the trusty not so new Scores sports bar the New Braunfels mainstay.
The best part was going to have fagitas and watch some good ole college football. And I got to hang out with my neice Mallory, it kinda made me miss my times when I was in Chicago being a human jungle gym and having sword fights with "real armour", oh good times thanks to the Laubach family. Whom I wish all the best and I am sorry I havent contacted you as much as I should, I am a bad adopted child I know.
Stay safe all. HAPPY HOLIDAYS especially to my family in Switzerland!!!

Turkey Day
Its been awhile, just been busy working and studying.
I say turkey day but we are doing a nontraditional Thanksgiving... Hello Crab Boil!! I think it should be fun plus turkey is turkey and crab is crab.
Speaking of crab how about Mike Crabtree and the Red Raiders? I went to Norman partied, randomly ran into high school friends, and did my deal but that game was embarrassing. The only way I made it through the day is thanks to a little magic potion called 5 Hour Energy. As always it is good seeing my brothers and going to the casino, tailgate, and campus area, but it would have been a lot cooler if we got a W!!
Best story: getting locked out of the house and having to climb up the fire escape.
This week / weekend should be crazy, I always love setting up plans before I come into town, yea I am such a big timer, and seeing friends.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.

UT OU Weekend
It is my first weekend staying at my place in Dallas...Ya'll don't understand how excited that makes me. A little time out with friends, some game watching, and some couch shopping, couldn't be more happy that I am not travelling.
I am very happy with my job in Dallas, its all about the people that you work with.
Thailand Pictures will be posted soon, well as soon as I learn how to post an album.
Word of the day is Legerdemain: sleight of hand: display of skill or trickery.
